Arlo Video Doorbell Mounting Plate

Hello, 

I installed my wired doorbell and then the backplate broke due to a spider that came from inside the hole where the wires are. I need a replacement mounting plate. Where can I get one?

model #: AVD1001B-100NAS

purchased at Best Buy

Must have been an amazingly strong spider.  Are you sure that was the cause?

There should have been two backplates in the box (one angled, the other not).  So you could switch to the other one for now.

You could contact support (using the link in the top of the forum page).  There are third-party plates out there, but I've never used one (and I don't know if they add on to the backplate, or replace it).
