Arlo Video Doorbell Goes offline.

There was a full day and a half that my camera was offline and/or didn't record a thing. Completely defeats the purpose of it. It's hardwired with the proper voltage and my internet is excellent. So what gives? I know technology malfunctions but there have been a few instances where this has happened. It was extremely cold when it happened but I never saw anything where it said it couldn't handle cold temps.
