I recently purchased an Arlo Video Doorbell and have installed it successfully. All is fine except when I answer ring, I get this grey interference on the camera view as detailed in the attached picture. This interference does not happen when I view the camera through live view and only happens when I answer the ring after the button on the door bell is pressed. I have also decreased the camera to the lowest resolution and the grey interference still happens. Again this interference does not occur when looking at the camera through the app and only occurs when answering the ring. Any support would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Does this always happen or is it intermittent? What kind of device are you using?

This always happens. I'm using a Moto G6 phone with Android 9.

I'm using an Android phone. Is that what you are using? If so, maybe try the App on an iPhone and see if the same problems show up.
