Did everything right but I’m getting an amber light around the doorbell nothing flashing just a solid amber light, what did I do wrong or is it a wifi issue??

Solid amber means your doorbell is not getting enough power.
What-do-the-LED-behaviors-on-my-Arlo-Video-Doorbell-mean
I had the same issue and I had to upgrade my doorbell transformer. Its very simple to do and about $25 at lowes/homedepot.

As mentioned by Chickeneye above, Solid Amber indicates your doorbell is not getting enough power. You may need to activate bypass mode on your Power Kit. Take a look here for more information: How do I enable Bypass Mode on my Arlo Video Doorbell?
