Arlo Essential wired - guest account will only get audio notifications

Invited guest (wife) will only get an Audio notification from the doorbell on her phone. There is no video of the event live. My phone works as it should. Removed and readied doorbell and app. Removed and re invited with negative results

Did you try reducing the video resolution?
