Arlo Doorbell ringing even on Do Not Disturb

I've checked every setting I can find, but for some reason, the Arlo app rings through (*with* sound) when I have my phone on Do Not Disturb. I have a Samsung Note 10 and keep it on DND at all times, only allowing alarms and emergency contacts to ring with sound. I do not like my phone going off at work when packages are delivered and they actually ring the doorbell. I use DND as muting so I don't forget to turn it back on at night (elderly mom might need to get through). Even setting the notification on silent in the App settings and it STILL rings through.

Try toggling the following setting and let us know if you still experience the same behavior:

Within your phone's settings, go to Notifications -> Do Not Disturb -> Allow Exceptions, and turn "Media" to off.
