My Arlo chime will not synch with my Arlo doorbell. Same procedure every time "add chime" to doorbell or add new device. Doesn't work either way. The device starts blinking white and it tell you to continue. Then it says to wait for the device light to go solid white. It never gets there, it starts blinking orange and then goes solid orange. Over and over again. My 4 cameras and doorbell or working just fine. The chime - there is no way to get it connected. Your phone support guys have zero clue as how to fix this problem. Why even sell something you are incapable of supporting?

The chime connects to a base or hub - do you have one? Have you considered that it may just be a faulty device and should swap at the store?
