Arlo App not finding Doorbell

My doorbell is connected to my 2.4 wifi as well as my phone ( I can see the doorbell in attached devices), but the Arlo app will not find my device no mater what I do.

 

Any help because I can't get tech support without an added device.

Have you tired the reset procedure?
