Hello - I setup the Essensial wired doorbell and wireless outdoor camera and all is working good. I had a question regarding granting access and am not sure if I am doing it correct or not. I sent the request to my wife's email and then does she have to setup her own account or use my account details? She tried setting up her own, but the screen only shows add new device and not our device's? Second, why does the app kick me out if I try streaming or using the app on multiple devices at once?
I am using MacOS and iPhone both. Firmware has been updated on all devices.

Thank you for your help, but she wants to use it on the iPhone to monitor home when needed from her work? Is this not an option and if so why is it in the app to grant access to someone?
@jguerdat is just advising you that she should accept the invite by clicking on "Create Account" on a PC. That will open up the browser to my.arlo.com. From there, either create the needed account, or if it is already created just log in. Many folks here can't get the process to work on their phones.
Once that is done, she would use her account credentials on the iPhone, and will be able to see the cameras from the app.

She would use her own account info. However, use of a mobile device seems to cause this to happen so try using a computer to click on the invitation link in the email to log in. That should allow the process to work properly.
