App won't let me answer doorbell

Everytime I receive a call I'm not getting the full screen alerts i used to have when I first installed the doorbell. Now I get the alert, unlock the phone and have to look for the notification (most of the time it disappears)or open the app manually and then respond. By the time I'm able to do this I have been losing the chance to respond because it takes way too long!!!
Arlo team: Please don't ask what version am I using. It's the most recent version and I have Samsung ultra s23. Don't want to waste time on the same questions. This has been an issue since day one and it happens very often on one of my phone's randomly

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.
Also, the latest Android version for the Arlo app is 4.10.1 please make sure you have this version.

I have the latest android
i have tried removing battery restrictions, app on top enabled. This works sometimes and sometimes dont. I dont know if it has anything to do with an update that i have to re-enable something or what. Is very annoying because like im telling sometimes im not even able to answer because the apps logs off and on very often. It has very bad programming.

Are you sharing your account credentials with anyone? if someone uses your main account to login while you are logged in, it will sign you out.

AGAIN IM NOT. The app now only notifies me on my watch but in the phone there is nothing I can do it's so stressing and totally useless!!!
