Not sure if anyone can help
When someone presses my Arlo doorbell, it doesn't come through to my phone, un less I've signed into my Arlo account. Any tips?

Any kind of notifications from the app require that the app is still logged into. That's different from just backgrounding the app by going Home or opening another app. Just make sure you never log out of the app.
