I'm trying to add my father under people in the app. He accepts the email and clicks on the link and logs in with HIS account. However, it won't stay logged in for him. It keeps going back to the login screen and says this invitation is already accepted and it wants me to add him again. I've done this 4 times now and it keeps kicking him out. This has never happened before and he was able to stay logged in until about 3 days ago.

Are you still experiencing this symptom?
May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have tried so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.

I haven't tried too many things other than sending him a new invite and every time I send it, he can access our cameras for a single session, but after he closes his browser and opens the page up again, it says this invitation has already been accepted and he can't log into the account at all until I send a new invite. Over and over. I have no idea what to do.

I am wondering if he is re-opening the link that has the invite token in it (perhaps due to autocomplete).
Check that he is browsing to https://my.arlo.com/#/home with no other stuff at the end of the URL.

I'll try this, but I think we've done this previously with the same results of it logging us out and having to re invite.
