Acces on two smartphones not working the same

Hi.  The main setup phone was getting alerts and videos.  Once I was granted full access using the app on my phone, I get the videos but no alerts, phone messages from the doorbell.  My husbands phone gets alerts, phone call/messages from the doorbell but not any videos.  Shouldn't both devices have the same experience?  All options are enabled except Mute.

Do you have the doorbell set to record video within the Mode settings?

 

Also, which version of OS are your phones running as well as the Arlo app version?

Not sure what Mode settings is?  It seems to be working now
