Using spectrum internet has proven to be the most challenging thing with this connection process. I cannot get it to stay on 2.4 GHZ without blowing out all wifi connections on any and everything else. Disabling the provider security, iphone wifi booster and all the other recommended actions proved to waste more time...customer support chat bot errored out and the submission form encountered an error as well... feeling 0 support for such a simple process. I would upload this to my tech channel, but it would come across as a troll session with 0 value added. Please help

What model router (or gateway) are you using?
Was this just purchased?

Yes it was just purchased, both the Internet router and the security system.
spectrum and the old days would have two bands, one that is 2.5 GHz and one that is 5 GHz.
now they have a online trigger as both gigahertz bands are not allowed to be separated other than for 30 to 60 minutes.
In doing so it has a tendency to kick all apparatus in the house off the Internet and lock you out…
So essentially every attempt results in 30 minutes of time out, and an inability to link the camera

My orbi router doesn't separate the three bands (all have the same network name), and I have still been able to onboard Arlo cameras and doorbells over the years - i just ignore the warning to connect to 2.4 ghz only. Have you tried that?
The mods - @JamesC , @BrookeN , @ShayneS - can connect you to phone support, so let us know if you can't complete the install by just clicking through the 2.4 ghz warning.

Unfortunately neither on the spectrum end nor on the Arlo end can I get to a point where I can ignore any warnings.
It would appear my last message was cut off somewhat, I would upload pictures of this but essentially I'm getting connectivity error codes because I cannot get it to connect to the 2.4 GHz.
I ordered another modem which will be here in three days, my thought is that I will bypass the spectrum temporary 30 minute 2.4 GHz option and use a Netgear to have multiple bands and see if that doesn't solve the problem. I hate that it's cost me $500, but ultimately the modem is an upgrade that would have happened down the road

A couple other things you might also check:
- If you have a VPN enabled on the phone, then you need to turn that off during the install
- Bluetooth needs to be turned on in the phone.
- The phone needs to be connected to your home wifi
- Your home wifi network needs to be secured with WPA2 (allowing both WPA2 and WPA3 should work)

I hate to be the "I tried that already" guy, but we can add that to the checklist when I cycle back through this again post new modem installation.
