I have installed the video doorbell through the steps to scan the QR code. It chimes, then tries to connect, but fails every time. What is wrong?

There are a couple of possibilities.
- the network name/password might have typos (putting the wrong info into the QR code)
- the QR code might not be able to handle your network name/password. Some have found that using https://qifi.org/ works. (You can print the code, and scan the print).
- the network needs to be encrypted (using wpa2).
The most challenging possibility is that some routers won't pass the discovery packets across the 2.4 ghz wifi and 5 ghz wifi. If your router lets you disable the 5 ghz radio, try doing that. If you have different network names for 2.4 and 5 ghz, make sure the phone is connected to 5 ghz (and that you are entering the 2.4 ghz network info for the QR code).
