Our doorbell worked perfectly fine until we had to update our router. Our WIFI name changed and our doorbell went offline. It has been weeks and our doorbell will not connect to the new WIFI. When we hold the QR code up to the doorbell, it has only chimed once but yet still couldn't "find" the WIFI. Of course, getting ahold of a real human at Arlo customer service is impossible. We have factory reset and still won't connect. It's so frustrating that we pay a monthly fee for Arlo and still can't find a real human to help us. Never going with Arlo again.

When you reset, did you actually hold the button for >15 seconds? Did you also remove the doorbell from your account before trying to reconnect it?
A simpler method would be to log into your new router and change the SSID and passwords to what you were originally using so no device would have to change settings. Of course, that won't help now.
