AVD1001 doorbell switch pad failure.

My question is has anyone else had a switch pad failure? Mine used to have a definite click feel when you pressed the circular pad and now nothing and of course no doorbell.

I have spent weeks trying to go through the support route and all their script suggests is to reinstall the device but I’m convinced this is a hardware failure.

It would be easy to replace if I could work out how the AVD1001 comes apart.
