The app is not allowing me to sign in. It spins and times out. I have shutdown the phone more than once; closed the app; selected log out when it says to log in; power cycled the door bell. It will work for a short time then do it over again. Is anyone else having this same issue and how do you get support from this company?

Are you still experiencing this issue with signing in? You can also try and remove > reinstall the mobile app.
