I have the video doorbell and chime configured in my home. Everything works perfectly. I want to add a second chime and place it in my basement to notify me when the doorbell is pressed when I am downstairs in my basement workshop. So far I have been unable to make it work. Everything appears to setup properly in the app, but when the doorbell button is pressed, the chime does nothing. Does anyone know if there is a limit, of one, on the number of chimes that can be synced to a doorbell? To ask it in another way, can a video doorbell be synced to 2 or more chimes?
Thanks,
Greg

Sealey,
This could be a power issue. You may need an additional power kit for the second chime or the voltage of your transformer may be too low. I recommend you contact the Arlo Support Team or an electrician to further troubleshoot the issue.
