My doorbell system uses two chime boxes (one on the main floor and one in the basement). I connected the wired door bell AVD1001 and it works BUT only on 1 chime on which I didn't connect the wirekit (basement).

Please help me in getting both the chimes ring.

What chime model is on the main floor?

Did you check that the power kit isn't set to bypass (switch set to "X")?

Unable to find Chime Model but the manufacturer on chime cover says USI Electric. I am attaching the picture (Door Bell Details ) of interior with come circuit. I am not sure if this helps.

Powerkit is set to "0"

Looks like it should be working, assuming the two chimes are wired properly.

What is the transformer rating (both voltage and power)?

If you move the power kit to the other doorbell, does the behavior change?
