motion detection settings won't save

I would like my cameras to be LESS sensitive to motion. I know how to adjust that in Device Utilities-->Motion Detection Test, but it never saves. I always find it back up to 80. Any ideas?

That's just a test, it doesn't change the operational settings.  Those are in the camera rule(s) in the mode(s)
