Can you give more details on what your problem is?

The AVD2001 either connects to your home wifi, or to an Arlo hub.  If you have a hub, it connects to your network with ethernet.

@StephenB meant that the hub connects with Ethernet. The doorbell can then connect to the hub using the hub's WiFi. Are you trying to connect the doorbell to your WiFi or to the hub's WiFi?
