Hello, I have this problem. I had a subscription at one address but then I deleted it and created another one but now I am being charged for both the one I deleted and the new one. Where can I contact them? They are not responding and they are not canceling the old payment.

Can you please dm me a callback number as well as a good time to call. That way I can have support look into this further. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.

Hello again, because of the double billing, you have been billing me every twelve months since July. I canceled that subscription in Norwegian kroner and then created a new euro billing and since then you have been billing me every twelve months, and the camera is one.IMG_1213.pngIMG_1214.pngIMG_9260.jpeg

Hello, I have one door to door call and you have charged me twice for my subscription. How do I understand? Please explain to me and how much more should I charge. I will refuse your services. It is impossible to negotiate with you.
