bad live view or livestream

Hi,
we have a couple of camera's and all are working fine. Except two doorbels where the live stream of live view is not working fine.
All is working on 2.4ghz and when clicking the play button in the IOS app or in the webbrowser, mostly nothing happends.
The connection speed at the point of the doorbell is arond 100 mbit so it is fast enough. All the other Essentials are working fine
please help

The house construction can cause problems with stucco, brick and stone being among the worst. The signal gets blocked/reduced leading to connection problems. Bring one of the doorbells indoors to see what happens.
