Hello, essential wireless doorbell works great when my phone is connected to home WiFi, as soon ad u go out and I'm off WiFi I only get a grey screen, I cannot see anything on the camera. I've reset my phone but still the same

Have you made sure the app is allowed to use cellular data?

I switched to iPhone a while back, so I'm a bit rusty on Android settings.
