added a wire free doorbell and can’t get it to record any videos

We purchased 2 cameras at Thanksgiving and they are working great…added a wire free doorbell and can’t get it to record any videos!  It alerts us, we can talk and send messages but not recording.  Armed and set like all other cameras.  Have already done a factory reset and no change!  Yes-have paid for a year of Arlo Secure.  Thanks for any suggestions and or phone numbers to call company!

Can you live view and manually record? If not, swap at the store.
