Wireless doorbell no picture in feed

I got a wireless doorbell about a month ago and everything was working great for the first couple weeks. Now when there is a recording for it and I try to watch it in feeds all I get is a blank white screen, morning, noon or night. The thumbnail for the recording is normal. The notification picture for motion at the doorbell I get on my watch is a regular picture. When I go to live feed anytime of day everything is OK but all of the recordings for the last week or two have just been blank white screens when I try to watch them. This is through the app on both my phone and iPad. I do not know what they are like on the web dash board because I have not been able to access that on anything for at least two weeks.

Anyone have any ideas?

Remove the doorbell from your account, reset it and add it back. Any better?

Well, I installed the wireless floodlight cameras that I picked up on the Arlo Black Friday sale yesterday afternoon and when I armed everything to test them I got a couple hits on the doorbell and it worked fine. Even in the dark when it might get some glare from the side of the doorway it worked fine. 

I have no idea what is going on.
