Wireless Doorbell Audio

When I answer my wireless doorbell the I can hear the person outside but they can't hear me. My volume is set at 100%.

How can I solve this issue?

Is the app allowed to use the mic in the phone settings for the app? In the doorbell settings for Call Settings, is the mic enabled?

Having the same issue with my Essential Wireless Doorbell. I can hear the party outside over call, the party outside cannot hear me. Speaker volume is up, App is allowed to use mic, mic is enable in Call Settings. Doorbell speaker DOES work when using Live Feed, just not working during calls. Any ideas?

I recently purchased and installed the doorbell yesterday, so it has been an issue from the since installation and testing.

App is version 4.0.2

is this with an Android or iOS device? Are you able to test the doorbell calls from any other devices by chance?

I wasn't able to replicate this as described, I tested this with an iPhone 14 Pro Max running iOS 16.2 and the latest version of the Arlo app v 4.0.2
