We did not get a QR code when out account was set up and we can not reach ANYONE to get one.
This is horrible customer service and we have no idea where to go.
We verified the email and set up the account but now we are stuck.

Need more detail. You don't get a QR code when you set your account up. Tell us the exact process you're following (hopefully the one that the app steps you through) and where it fails. Any error messages? Screenshots may be useful.
