Video doorbell doesn’t record on motion

I have the wireless gen 1 video doorbell. 
Since the latest firmware update (Jan 24), it doesn’t record any footage on motion detection. 

I have several other cameras which all record fine. 

I can manually record from the doorbell which puts this into the library fine, but it won’t automatically record anything on movement or when the doorbell is pressed. 
it was fine until the latest firmware, since then it doesn’t record on motion detection. 
The rest of the doorbell works fine. 

Anyone seen this before?

Have you checked your active mode to ensure that an appropriate rule is configured for the doorbell? It may be useful to reinsert the battery in the doorbell to get to a known state but it's also possible that removing the doorbell from your account, resetting it and adding it back may be needed. And you do have a subscription for the doorbell, right?
