4 batteries in chime box with 2 wires going to the bell. At least I think that's how it looks. I have more pics idk how to post more.

Arlo supports low-voltage AC for the chimes, but not DC (which is what you'd be using with batteries).  So this isn't compatible.

Thank you, I'm assuming the only way to get it to work is wire free with a chime 2. Bypassing my current doorbell entirely.?

That would be one way.

 

Replacing the chime with a compatible model (and adding a compatible transformer) is another possibility,
