Unable to Refresh Live Feed

I installed my video doorbell yesterday and it worked but today I’m unable to get the feed to refresh. When I hit the play button, it tries to refresh but comes back to the same picture from last night. Any thoughts on how to fix this?

If I understand you properly, you're just trying to play a video in Feed but can't actually play the right one - it switches to an old one, right?  If so, I'm having the reverse problem - I select an old video and it switches to the latest one. Its' not totally consistent since sometimes the proper video plays. Something is going on that we can't control. I've contacted @JamesC about this but no resolution yet.
