Tech specs for Arlo video doorbell wireless

Hi all,

I bought the Arlo Video Doorbell wireless (AVD2001).

I'm shipping the doorbell to my country, and in order for the item to successfully pass the customs office, they require the full specs of the video doorbell, especially the wireless frequency specs.

They are asking for the transmission and the frequency of the wireless component inside the Arlo video doorbell.

I could not obtain this information anywhere, nor can I contact Arlo support as I'm not a subscriber - And my doorbell is currently stuck until I deliver those documents.

Any ideas?
