Setup for arlo wire free video doorbell

I initially set it up to work on trickle charge with an existing doorbell. It worked fine, then I realised the power was not sufficient to charge it 5va.

I deleted the doorbell from my account the tried to install the arlo battery power only. My phone will now not detect the arlo. My account shows no device.

Why will my phone not detect the arlo now.

Strong WiFi, works on 2.4 and 5 ghz
