Using a Smart Router (2.4ghz/5ghz): When setting up the wireless device(s) holding the camera(s) to code bar. I had to move smartphone/device(s) in and out until I heard a ding. The Router automatically picks up the 2.4ghz for pairing. Next: follow directions to update firmware and settings.

 

Note: If you continue to have problems contact your internet service provider to find out what type of router you have and internet speed. It is possible you may have too many devices running off the WIFI. With a smart router you do not need a smarthub/base.
