2 weeks ago I discovered my doorbell was offline, it turned out the battery needed charging. I had no problems until once again I was offline with my Samsung. The problem is that I cannot log into the app with my Samsung phone. Email or password not accepted. No such problem exists on my IPad. I deleted and reinstalled the app, but that did not work. Any suggestions how to solve this?
