Not receiving low battery notifications

I used to get notifications my battery was low. This doesn't happen anymore.how can I get it so I am notified?

Hi @Fairycb 

 

Is your camera getting to 15% or lower, this notification is triggered around this percentage. 

 

Do you receive low battery detected emails in your junk folder or in general?
