I have not been able to view any recordings under the library since December, and I have been unable to reach Arlo.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to reach Arlo customer care?

I have the same problem with the video doorbell.
other cameras record fine.
i can manually record from the doorbell, but it won’t automatically record anything.
it was fine until the latest firmware, since then it doesn’t record on motion detection.

If you can record manually, then the doorbell is in a subscription plan.
Are you getting any notifications whent the camera detects motion?
Have you checked the mode(s) you are using, to make sure there is a rule for the doorbell that tells the system to record when the doorbell detects motion?
