Just set up wireless doorbell. I get notifications on my Android phone of motion with a video but there are no recordings in the library. Once I view the video I got on the phone notification, it disappears and there is no way to retrieve it. How do I get the library to work? I went through the entire troubleshooting process multiple times to no avail.

Are you seeing the same thing on a PC (my.arlo.com)?
Can you make a manual recording while livestreaming? If you can, are you seeing that in the Library?
