My video doorbell 2nd gen does work as 2way sound.

• My video wire-free doorbell 2nd gen does not have 2way sound.

when i ring the bell and accept the call from my mobile i can hear it person speaking in mobile from my doorbell but i can hear any sound what a person says at the doorbell in my mobile.

Also same when i play live video i cannot hear any sound in my doorbell. I have check everything; its not in mute or any other call/ audio settings

is there any clue what could be the reason?.

Is this a samsung phone?

If you have a bluetooth headset, try testing with the headset and see if that makes any difference.
