I have been trying for 4 hours to connect my phone to a wireless arlo doorbell. Followed the instructions
but unable to connect, all I ever get is a X telling me to try again. How come arlo makes it so dam hard to
connect to their cameras, just about ready to send the damn thing back. Does anybody have any suggestions? Its an Essential Video Doorbell wire free

Please contact support. Within the app on your mobile device click on the silhouette on the top left ~ support center ~ the device that you are needing assistance with then choose the issue.
