I have installed  a wired video doorbell at the front door, a wire free doorbell at the back door, and a base station by the router. How do I install the chime2?

Basically the same way. Use the app and select Doorbells and Chimes. Actually, the installation of either doorbell should have prompted you do do so. Note that the original chime needs to be connected to a base or hub while Chime 2 is WiFi-only.
