I cannot install my Chime 2 to join the network that my wireless doorbell and two ARLO 4 cameras and connect to. It scans fine but then asks for the password to Arlo_ml3S. The other items are not connect to this network and I do not have a password for this Arlo network. How did anyone connect their door chime?

You certainly shouldn't be asked to log into the temporary WiFi connection to set up the doorbell. The process needs to connect to that temporary network simply to pass the actual credentials (SSID and password for your network) to the chime so it can then connect to your router. At that point, you should be reconnected to your home network on the phone, too.
Maybe if you give us a blow-by-blow steps you're using to get to that point we can point you to the solution. You may also want to Google "arlo set up chime 2" for videos and text solutions.
