Hello. How do I open a ticket for support on our Arlo ADV2001 doorbell?
Please help.
The doorbell will not sync to our network and I am unable to add it.

Did you just purchase it, or have you had it for a while?
If not a new purchase, do you have a subscription?
Do you have other Arlo cameras that are in a subscription plan (paid or trial)?

Owned the DoorBell for a while. Maybe 2 years.
Yes, we have a subscription.
The doorbell lost connectivity and I have been trying to add it back to the network but it does not pass the stage of finding available arlo devices.
I may just have to buy a new one.
