Ive had the doorbell and an Ultra 2 system for a few weeks and have set up a few different modes which all seem to work well, however i cant seem to crack-the-nut of getting my doorbell to record when pushed rather then on motion.
use case: When we are home the doorbell is unarmed because my kids go in and out and i get sick of the notifications. but from time to time you find yourself at home, unable to answer the door and without your phone when someone presses the doorbell. In this case i would like the doorbell to start recording so when i am next able to i can see who was at my door.

There's no setting for that. I don't believe there's any way to get what you want other than by accepting the call.
