How do I cancel?? Still being charged.

I have cancelled by subscription, but I am still being charged. I can no longer access the app. Change my password is not working. What do I do?

Can you please dm me a callback number as well as a good time to call. That way I can have support look into this further. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.

I am having the same problem.  On my account it shows that we do not have any subscriptions, and yet we just found out we have been charged for YEARS!!!  Please, someone help me know how to get rid of this fee.  It is very frustrating when you can't just call someone.

why dont i have this option ? i need to speak to someone in regards to my doorbell subscription
