Chime stops working

Just installed Chime2 

Everything works except the chime only runs for 10 seconds no matter what setting I put on

I'm not sure what you mean by it only runs for 10 seconds. Are you using the siren, which has an adjustment for how long it sounds? If not, what is "running"?
