My doorbell stopped working after a power cut. I tried updating the WiFi settings but it wasn't connecting so I disconnected it to start again. Except the app gets to a point where you need to scan the QR code on the back of the bell... but there isn't one. Just a bar code and the product details. O can't see a way round it. Can anyone advise? Thanks.

What doorbell model do you have?

 

I am wondering if you are trying to add a Gen 2 doorbell (AVD3001, AVD4001) using the procedure for the Gen 1 AVD2001.
