Hello I have a problem with the doorbell is work on the Wi-Fi fine but when I come out and somebody come to my house I get drink but it’s not picture  coming on I tried to reset reinstall everything same using iPhone 12 ios 18

Does this symptom occur on WIFI and mobile data?
