Granting access invite not showing or working (AVD3001 / AVD4001)

Hi guys need some help!

Trying to set my partner up to have access to the doorbell and the invite does not seem to come through on their device. 

I have it on my app showing pending, they had the email so they have set up an account and I have resent to invite but still nothing comes through. We are on the same WIFI not sure what we are missing?

any help would be great.

Try using a computer browser to access the email and use the link from there. This has worked properly in the past.
